Welcome to the Community Action Organization of Erie County, Inc's. Keep Buffalo Neat Initiative.

This program is designed to improve the quality of life in zip codes 14204, 14211 and 14208 while helping rebuild and revitalize distressed communities. 

The Keep Buffalo Neat philosophy is to provide high quality lawn care and snow removal with a personal touch and to build strong and lasting relationships with customers who are very limited on time, resources or the ability to maintain the exterior of their homes; a growing neighborhood concern that can lead to an adverse impact on property values.  The Keep Buffalo Neat program not only provides routine lawn care, but leaf and debris removal in the Fall and snow removal service in the Winter months.
